If you have any special dietary requests could you please email or call myself or Mark and let us know.
Also if you could let us know regards what dates you'll be coming to play in Airlie Beach and where you are staying. We are planning to start organising activities for the other days and easiest if we know when everyone is there, rather than bombard you about days when you're not there:) Also in order to organise the shuttle pick ups we need to know where everyone is staying.
